I spent the week of December 12th with my two Fulbrighter friends, Caroline and Ashly, in Oaxaca de Juarez, south of Puebla. I had the best chocolate of my life, and I ate mole more times than I can count. It was my first time staying at a youth hostel and boy, did I feel like a tourist! Overall, it was truly an amazing experience! Here are photos with explanation.
I may have to make another post because Wix does not feel like uploading all the photos I intended to share. So stay tuned!

#views of Hierve el agua
Oh, hello
Pretty flowers at the garden!
I was NOT happy about climbing up the mountain to Hierve el agua.
"Caroline, SHUT UP!" I was saying at this moment as she was trying to offer words of encouragement as I climbed the last part of the mountain in a skirt. Sorry, Caroline, I didn't mean it.
